Hosting your external installer

If you use an external installer for installing or updating your application, you must do the following to deploy the external installer:

If you use an external installer to install your application, you must copy the installer to the location you specified in the Install URL field of the WebClient Application Assembler’s Options tab. See the "Options tab" section for more information.
If you use an external installer to update your application, you must copy the installer to the location you specified in the Update URL field of the WebClient Application Assembler’s Options tab. See the "Options tab" section for more information.
